If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a church, ministry, nonprofit organization, business, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that organization to these Terms. 3About ChurchHub

ChurchHub is an AI-powered ministry operating system designed to help churches and ministry organizations reduce administrative workload, improve operational efficiency, and better equip church leaders for ministry.

The Service includes AI-assisted tools that may help churches with areas such as:

  • Sermon development and evaluation
  • Budget analysis and financial reporting
  • Event planning
  • Staff and volunteer development
  • Curriculum creation
  • Discipleship planning
  • Training development
  • Administrative workflows
  • Ministry operations
  • Leadership support
  • Content generation
  • Additional tools and services introduced over time

ChurchHub continually develops, improves, and expands its platform. As part of this ongoing development, we may introduce new features, enhance existing functionality, discontinue features, rename products, modify workflows, or release entirely new applications without requiring amendments to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any particular feature, workflow, report, AI capability, or tool will remain available indefinitely.

4Eligibility and Accounts

To create an account and use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep that information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you become aware of any unauthorized access, suspected security incident, or unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify ChurchHub immediately at support@churchhub.ai.

ChurchHub is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

5Organization Accounts

Many ChurchHub subscriptions are designed for organizations with multiple users.

Each Organization is responsible for designating one or more Organization Administrators.

Organization Administrators may:

  • Purchase subscriptions
  • Manage organization billing
  • Assign or purchase user seats
  • Invite new users
  • Remove users
  • Reset access permissions
  • Maintain accurate account information
  • Manage organization-level settings and authorized access to the Service

Unless a specific feature of the Service expressly provides otherwise, Organization Administrators do not automatically receive access to another user's private work, conversations, documents, drafts, prompts, or AI interactions.

Each authorized user remains responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own account credentials.

Organizations are responsible for ensuring that all authorized users comply with these Terms.

6Changes to the Service

ChurchHub is an evolving software platform.

To improve the Service, we reserve the right to:

  • Add new applications
  • Remove existing applications
  • Rename tools
  • Modify features
  • Improve AI capabilities
  • Change user interfaces
  • Update workflows
  • Introduce integrations
  • Correct software defects
  • Improve performance
  • Enhance security
  • Modify subscription offerings

We may also discontinue features that become obsolete, are no longer practical to maintain, or are replaced by improved functionality.

While we strive to provide advance notice of significant changes affecting paid subscriptions, not every update will require prior notice.

Nothing in these Terms obligates ChurchHub to continue offering any specific feature, AI capability, workflow, or application indefinitely.

7Beta Program

ChurchHub may make certain features, applications, or the entire Service available through a public or private beta program prior to general release.

Beta services are intended to allow users to evaluate the platform while enabling ChurchHub to identify defects, improve functionality, collect user feedback, and enhance the overall experience.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Beta access is offered at $29 USD per user, per month, billed monthly
  • Beta pricing is promotional and does not establish, guarantee, or imply future pricing
  • Beta features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to change
  • Certain features may be modified, replaced, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice
  • ChurchHub makes no guarantee that features available during beta will remain available after beta concludes

Participation in the beta program is voluntary.

By participating, you acknowledge that beta software may contain defects, interruptions, inaccuracies, or other issues not present in the final commercial release.

Your continued use of beta features constitutes acceptance of the risks associated with pre-release software.

8Subscription Plans

ChurchHub offers subscription plans designed to meet the needs of churches, ministries, and organizations of varying sizes.

Subscription plans, pricing, available features, included user seats, and service limits are described on the ChurchHub pricing page and may change from time to time.

Your subscription determines, among other things:

  • Number of included users
  • Available AI tools
  • Usage limits
  • Organization features
  • Administrative capabilities
  • Storage allowances
  • Additional services offered under your plan

Purchasing a subscription grants a limited right to access the Service during the applicable subscription period.

No subscription conveys ownership of the ChurchHub platform, software, AI systems, or intellectual property.

9Payment

Subscription fees are due in advance of each billing period.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, Inc. or another authorized payment processor selected by ChurchHub.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize ChurchHub and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for:

  • Subscription fees
  • Applicable taxes
  • Approved add-on services
  • Additional purchased user seats
  • Other authorized charges related to your account

You agree to maintain valid payment information throughout your subscription.

If payment cannot be successfully processed, ChurchHub may suspend or terminate access until payment is successfully received.

10Annual Subscriptions and Renewal

Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, standard ChurchHub subscriptions are billed annually.

Subscriptions automatically renew for successive subscription periods unless canceled before the renewal date.

If you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will not renew
  • You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current paid subscription period
  • At the conclusion of your subscription period, access to paid features may be suspended or terminated

ChurchHub will provide renewal notices or disclosures as required by applicable law.

11Additional Users and Subscription Changes

Organizations may purchase additional user seats where permitted under their subscription plan.

Organizations may also:

  • Upgrade subscription plans
  • Increase user capacity
  • Purchase additional services
  • Add newly offered applications
  • Modify subscriptions as they grow

Subscription upgrades may take effect immediately or at the beginning of the next billing cycle, depending on the specific subscription and billing rules in effect at the time.

Downgrades generally become effective at the conclusion of the current paid subscription period unless otherwise stated.

12Pricing Changes

ChurchHub continually invests in improving its software, AI capabilities, infrastructure, and customer support.

Accordingly, ChurchHub reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time.

Price changes will not affect your current paid subscription period.

Any revised pricing will apply only to future subscription periods following reasonable advance notice where required by applicable law.

ChurchHub may also introduce new subscription plans, retire existing plans, or modify included features from time to time.

13Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused time remaining on a subscription
  • Failure to use the Service
  • Downgrading subscription plans
  • Removing users from an organization
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content
  • Changes in ministry staffing or organizational needs

ChurchHub may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or account credits in situations involving:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Unauthorized payment processing
  • Other exceptional circumstances determined by ChurchHub

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

14Taxes

Subscription fees do not include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, where required by law, including:

  • Sales taxes
  • Use taxes
  • Value-added taxes (VAT)
  • Goods and Services Taxes (GST)
  • Similar governmental assessments

If ChurchHub is required to collect taxes, those taxes will be added to your invoice where applicable.

15Free Trials, Promotions, and Discounts

From time to time, ChurchHub may offer:

  • Free trials
  • Promotional pricing
  • Beta pricing
  • Introductory discounts
  • Seasonal promotions
  • Special pricing for denominations, ministries, or partner organizations

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Promotional pricing applies only for the promotional period
  • Discounts may not be combined
  • Promotional offers may be modified or discontinued at any time
  • Promotional pricing does not establish future pricing or renewal rates

ChurchHub reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer and may revoke promotional pricing obtained through misuse or abuse of a promotion.

16Suspension for Non-Payment

If payment is not successfully received, ChurchHub may:

  • Suspend access to the Service
  • Restrict certain platform functionality
  • Disable organization access
  • Revoke AI usage privileges
  • Terminate the applicable subscription

ChurchHub will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before terminating a paid subscription for non-payment.

Suspension or termination for non-payment does not relieve you of your obligation to pay amounts properly owed under your subscription agreement.

17Ownership of Your Content

ChurchHub is a platform that enables churches and ministry organizations to create, organize, analyze, and manage their own information.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, create, submit, generate, or store through the Service.

ChurchHub does not claim ownership of your sermons, teaching materials, financial information, reports, ministry documents, event plans, curricula, communications, uploaded files, AI prompts, or other User Content.

Your subscription grants access to ChurchHub's software and services—it does not transfer ownership of your content to ChurchHub.

ChurchHub is not responsible for determining whether your organization has obtained the necessary permissions to process personal information.

20Confidentiality of Church Information

ChurchHub understands that churches often manage highly sensitive information.

While ChurchHub employs commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Accordingly:

  • You are responsible for determining what information is appropriate to upload
  • You should limit access to authorized users
  • You should maintain appropriate internal security practices
  • You should promptly remove users who no longer require access

ChurchHub will use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard User Content but cannot guarantee absolute security.

When you request AI-generated functionality, certain User Content necessary to fulfill your request may be securely transmitted to those providers for processing.

ChurchHub selects providers that support commercially reasonable security practices.

However, ChurchHub does not control the independent operation of third-party AI providers and is not responsible for their independent systems, services, outages, or policies.

Additional information regarding data processing is available in our Privacy Policy.

27AI Model Training

ChurchHub does not use your User Content to train its own general-purpose artificial intelligence models.

ChurchHub also does not intentionally provide your User Content to third-party AI providers for the purpose of training their general-purpose AI models.

Your content is processed solely for the purpose of generating the responses and functionality you request through the Service, subject to our agreements with those providers and our Privacy Policy.
